Using Focus T25 with Total Gym XLS
I want to use my Total Gym Mon thru Friday with T25.Since T25 is pretty much only a Cardio fitness program I would like to know what exercises would be good to start out on my Total Gym to work on my arms,chest and legs.Any help would be great.I got a thing of like 80 exercises on it I just dont know which are best to use.
