I cleaned out 5 out of 6 storage units yesterday and I want to know how many calories do u burn cleaning out a unit.It usually takes anywhere from 30 mins to couple of hours depending how much it does.I had to drive about 170 miles in one way.We have a box truck that we use to put the stuff in and seem like when I am finished with all of that my ab's seem to be sore.I wonder if the ride and the up and down from the truck does anything with the ab's also. There is no head rest in it.From about the upper shoulders up has no support so I guess the ab's are being used to hold up my head up.Just to let u know I am 6 ft tall 305 lbs.32 soon to be 33.

i would log 1500 per unit, so 5*1500 for 7500 calories. plus at least i like to log at least 15 cals per mile driven, so 170*30*2 for another 5100. plus an extra 1200 calories for my sore abs. so 7500+5100+1200 for a total of 13,800 calories to eat back so that i avoid starvation mode.
