What 90 day routine should I use for P90X.

I want to know what 90 day routine or phase should I do for p90x.I got the 11 dvd in a storage locker few days ago and I am thinking about trying it along with the total gym.The only dvd I dont have is chest and back.I am male,age 32 I am 6 feet tall and weigh 313 lbs.Any help would be great on how many calories I should eat.I do not have the 90 day calendar or the nutrition guide just the dvd's which Is why i am asking.
