Losing weight with hypothyroidism
I am having extreme difficulty losing weight with hypothyroidism. I take synthroid medication. I work out 3 x a week, eat 1200 calories or less each day. I just don't know what else i can do. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Jump Roping and hula hooping
Has anyone found success with these two forms of exercise helpful for toning? Also I have a little "momma" pouch under my belly button....I wonder if it will go down as I shed the pounds or is there something more I can do, I know it will never be as flat as before kids. I can lose weight easy...I stay under my calories and macro's for the day...walk 2 miles each day and the weight seems to fall off...no special foods, diets drinks or shakes.
