Mine would be a simple veggie egg white omelette. -3 egg whites -1/2 cup chopped mushrooms -1 cup baby spinach -salt pepper to taste according to MFP it's ONLY 73 CALORIES! (sometimes I add lemon pepper and it's refreshing in the morning)
