Where do I go from here?
So I've lost 11 pounds, and MFP suggests I re-set my goals. I'm not sure what to do. Do I add calories or subtract? Do I set a goal of more excercise per day? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! :huh:

I know this sounds weird.........
Ok, so when I excercise (especially anything cardio.....walking, aerobic class) after I get warmed up, I start to itch! I mean, my legs itch like mad! I try not to scratch (or do so discreetly) but when I get home I sometimes scratch up and down my legs so hard I leave red marks, even bruises. Anybody else have this…
