A little over 4 weeks. No beer. Eating healthy and never hungry. I have put in at leats an hour a day, everyday, on my stionary bike. 20 lbs. down. I am 1/3 my way to my college weight goal. 3000 mile bike challange
So I have decided to challenge myself to rack up 3000 miles by year's end on my stationary bike. This breaks down to approx 11 to 12 miles a day for 5 days a week. Anyone else is welcome to join in.
