  • 1/4 Cup Fage 5% Greek Yogurt, 2 oz. Raspberries, 4 Almonds, 1/4 tsp Vanilla.
  • I usually cook around the deals at my local veggie stand. They had large portobello caps for a $1.00 and avocados for $.44. I am going to try this this weekend. Bake the caps, mash the avocado into a guacamole, and top the cap with the guacamole and a sunny side up egg. Kind of a NSNG take on avocado toast.
  • Cabbage and Tuna casserole. Tried cabbage as a noodle substitute and it tasted pretty darned good.
  • Edited for typing errors I could not see on my Ipad and changed the size of the image so it should be fully visible.
  • I keep Dark Chocolate M&Ms in the freezer and have 3 or 4 when the craving for chocolate hits.
  • I forgot this one. Since you are in FL, use www.southernsavers.com It matches up all of the local grociers and coupons for their sales. Publix has a ton of buy one get one free sales and you can use 2 coupons on these even. This site is incredible for finding deals. Bean
  • Try and find a small farmers market in your area if at all possible. There are tons of them down here in Tampa. You can get fresh fruit and veggies for 1/3 to 1/2 (or even more) off of the standard grocery cost. I hit mine up once or twice a week. Bean
  • I made 2 tonight with Creamy Mexican Slow Corker Chicken, Spinach, Plain Greek Yogurt, a pinch of Cheddar Cheese and Homemade Salsa Verde. They were fantastic. Thanks for the tip. The best thing is the savings vs buying low cal tortillas. Bean
  • An egg white, mushroom, onion, NF cottage cheese, spinach and bacon bit quiche and sliced tomatoes. Bean
  • I too am a craft beer fan (mainly IPAs). I have been trying to cut back to only 1 every two or three days (as long as I worked it off in Cardio). We'll see how that works out.

  • I like naked (or skinless) wings. They are a bit of extra work, but they are only about 40 calories per wing. Bake them with non-stick spray and any of the lower or zero calorie sauces and you can enjoy them without any guilt.
  • Believe it or not, some people do. $.99 burgers are cheaper than almost any other "easy and quick" option. Its a great movie. Sure it is not a hard hitting journalistic documentary, but the man has very good intentions. The part about public school menus is perhaps the best and most disturbing part of the doc.

  • I have been making these since I started eating healthier 3 months ago. I highly reccomend them, too. Also, Publix has them buy one get one free this week for those of you that also live in the southeast.
  • Its not a food but an activity. I am totally addicted to my stationary bike. I have to get in a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
  • I'm single but I still cut coupons. I try to plan my meals and shopping around coupons and buy 1 get 1 free deals. If you live in the South East, there is a website that I highly recommend www.southernsavers.com It lists all of the weekly ads from the local groceries and tells you what coupons go with their deals. They…
  • Beer Cheese Chocolate.
  • I use mine as a base on flatbread pizza. First the flatbread, then laughing cow, pizza sauce, veggies, and 1/4 cup of low fat mozzerella. It keeps the calorie count low while adding a cheese boost. I also use it in place of phily cream cheese on Arnolds Begal Thins. I like all of the flavor offerings I get from Laughing…
  • Me too. I have had very good results in just 3-1/2 weeks. The majority of my workouts are 30 minutes of medium to high intensity on a stionary bike. I try and get one or two longer sessions in a week but they are not as high intensity. The pounds are still comeing off.
  • I cooked mine on the grill last night . I cut it into strips, sprayed with Great Value olive oil non-stick spry and dusted with Mrs. Dash tomato, basil and garlic seasoning. I cooked them on low for about 7 minutes per side. They came out great and I am going to use the left overs as a topping for a Flatout Faltbread based…
  • Thanks for this tip. I just had a Thomas' multi grain lite English muffin with a tsp of this mixture and a tsp of smuckers just fruit blackberry jelly. It was AWESOME.
  • I would go with Guiness Draught - Bottle 126 Calories.
  • Panera is the same way and they have an awesome free rewards program.
