I thought it would be fun to see what everyone's new "healthy" food addictions are so maybe we can get new ideas from each other..

Here are mine...

Banana protein shake easy to make just put a banana, protein powder and 1 cup milk or water in a blender..

Garlic hummus with whole wheat Melba Toast YUMMY!!

Pork Skins instead of potatoe chips!

I've actually started craving steamed broccoli (and this is someone that had never even tried it before 2 weeks ago). I even told my DH the other night (it was around 11 pm) that I was craving it. His response was "What has happened to you?" LOL

Edy's fat free frozen yogurt blended with fresh strawberries, YUMMMMM
  • Sometimes for dessert at night i will core and slice up an apple, and sprinkle some cinnamon on it and drizzle it with a little bit of honey...totally knocks out my sweet tooth and is SO tasty! Great as a nighttime movie-watching snack!

Also, I eat raw veggies like a fiend, and I never used to! Try using cucumber slices instead of chips or crackers for hummus or dip!
