My newest addiction is the chocolate/peanut butter Fiber One bars....those are delish!
Kellogg's Fiber Plus bars are sooooooooooo much better! They actually print it right on the box that they are the preferred fiber bar. Give them a try, my fav flavour is chocolate caramel.0 -
Emeralds Cocoa Roasted Almonds. I could eat nothing but these all day sometimes.0

Sometimes for dessert at night i will core and slice up an apple, and sprinkle some cinnamon on it and drizzle it with a little bit of honey...totally knocks out my sweet tooth and is SO tasty! Great as a nighttime movie-watching snack!
Also, I eat raw veggies like a fiend, and I never used to! Try using cucumber slices instead of chips or crackers for hummus or dip!
I have to agree with this. I do switch up between melba toast, cucumber slices and baby carrots..Really just anything I get dip into the hummus0 -

Weight Watchers mint chocolate ice cream cups. I budget one in every evening as my post-dinner dessert/snack. YUM! They are pre-portioned too so I don't eat too much.0
