Question for my fellow "busty" ladies!
I'm a rather large chested gal and finding a sports bra to exercise in is pretty hard for me. Doing Insanity and the gym kinda hurts when you have to jump around a lot. Has anyone found an awesome sports bra that supports really well but doesn't give the "uni-boob" effect? I literally have to wear 2 to make working out…

sugar free snacks
Hey guys.. what are some suggestions for filling sugar free snacks? Everything just seems to have sugar in it and I dont want to go over the allotted sugar grams. I work in a drug store and there's always candy around.. Snickers are my favorite and its reallllyy hard to resist the urge sometimes. Like today for example. Lol

MFP allots me 1380 calories per day. Many days I find it hard to reach this goal.. especially when I exercise. I eat and snack and still don't reach them. Exercises to target belly fat?
Does anyone have any tips in exercises to help burn belly fat? Particularly in the lower belly? I carry most of my weight there and that's the area i'm most concerned with. I do cardio 5 or 6 times a week for 30-60 minutes then do weights from 30 - 45 minutes 3 days a week. I also started Insanity today. Any suggestions…
