busting thru the walls

I've been hovering within the same 2 to 3 pound range for a few days. How do you guys bust thru when you hit a plateau?

    Change up the workout first. If you start with cardio and move on the strength training, reverse it. Try different exercises. Try not to get into "auto pilot" mode when you work out.

    If that doesn't work...

    Try combining it with changing up your eating habits a little, and by that, I would suggest maybe try eating a little more (calories, frequency, or both), or even drinking more water.

    Your body adjusts to what you're doing, so change is good!
