how accurate do you all think these things are? I just bought one & walked about a mile and a half with a weighted vest & it told me I burned over 400 cal. I did my heart rate frequently as they said it would give a more accurate reading. Just seems high to me. your thoughts on this?

Anyone else notice with the reduced caloric intake that their bowel movements. is out of whack? Seems like I have not had one in like 3 days. Just wondering if others are experiencing the same.
is it possible to work out too much? burned like 1500 cal. today, ate about the same amount. Can this be a bad thing?
