Charge 3 nowhere near as accuate as my Charge HR
Hi, everyone! I recently upgraded from a Charge HR to a Charge 3, and suddenly it's giving me mountains of calories. I lost fifty pounds using just a vanilla Fitbit and later an Alta, and my Charge HR was fine while I was maintaining. I recently had a transplant surgery and the prednisone I'm on for life caused me to gain…

Update!
These original two pictures are from 225 and somewhere around 195 when I had lost 30 pounds. I'm now down to 180 in the last one. I'm not sure I see a huge difference in the last 15 pounds I've lost, but its there, if you squint. I will say I've gone from a size 20 jean to a 14. Next goal is 165 (where my transplant…

How many steps Fitbit says is "Sedentary", "Lightly Active", etc.
So, my husband and I both have Fitbits and both use MFP, and we've noticed something strange. He has himself set to Sedentary, and he "breaks even" at about 3500 steps. (MFP gives no calories nor takes any away at that point. However, I have myself set to "lightly active" and my break even point is ALSO 3500. (When I was…

Fitbit, MFP and Endomondo
So, I've always used Endomondo to track my running or walking. Now that I have a fitbit flex, is it okay to let Endomondo update to MFP, or is that going to make my Fitbit double count my activity? Should I disconnect Endomondo and MFP and put the walk into Fitbit's site afterwards?
