Daily Sugar Intake
Everyday I am above my daily sugar allowance, but it is all from fruit.....is this ok? Currently I have a banana with breakfast, an apple as my mid morning snack, and an apple as my pre-exercise snack and that alone is putting me almost double my allowable grams of sugar.

Hello Everyone!
I joined the site a week ago and love it. I am finding great motivation and love how easy it is to log my food and exercise activities. I have been advised that I need to loose between 100 and 120 lbs and I think this is the place for me to help me reach that goal. I am excited to be part of this community. :happy:
