I am wondering what others do when they eat homemade foods and then try to add them to their diary. My wife and I eat at home basically every night. So with that comes a lot of homemade foods. I am 31 years old, 5'8", 214lbs :-(, male. I want to lose approx 30 lbs on a 1-2 lbs a week plan. I work out 3 times a week. MFP says my goal is 1380 calories a day. Is that right ??? seems low.
