How accurate is map my fitness
i have gone on a run tonight and map my fitness is showing that I ran 7.15km. However, I ran the same route a few weeks ago and it was just over 5km. The only thing I have done different was run the route the other way round. Is anyone else having problems recently with map my fitness mileage logging?

Working out TDEE
Can I ask a silly question? Using one of the calculators my TDEE is 2064 then - 20% is 1651. I currently do 1-3 hours of exercise a week. So do I eat to that calorie goal every day (1651), even if I don't exercise on that day? Also, what happens when I can't exercise as much in a given week? v confused?!

Apps which sync with mfp
Which is the best app for tracking running, walking and cycling and can automatically sync to mfp? At the moment I use map my fitness and transfer the data onto mfp and I would like an easier way to do it. Any suggestions welcome!

Breathing & running
I know it's a good idea! But do you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth? I have tried this, but my lungs don't seem to get enough oxygen this way. What is the correct way of breathing when running? Any help gratefully received. Thanks :ohwell:

Running / Cycling with a broken wrist
I did a really stupid thing on Saturday - I tripped over a bush whilst I was out running with my sister. The long and short of it is - I may or may not have broken my wrist, but they have put it in a cast anyway. Can I still exercise whilst my hand is in the cast? Or shall I stop until it is better? Body Fat %
I have lost nearly all the weight I want - only 2 1/2 lbs to go (Yay!), however, when I weigh myself on my scales my body fat % is still in the red zone at 30%. Now I am a healthy weight for my height - how do I go about getting my body fat % to a healthy one? Anyone help? Thanks
