I've been at it for a few years now, hit 300 at my heaviest. Just got back in the wagon about a week ago, already down 5 lbs. Need zero sugar snack ideas!
I'm sitting at 721 for the day, and already 2g over on sugar. Thanks banana... you and your 14g of sugar... need advice on zero sugar, low sodium snacks/food that you can buy at a non-produce Target (stuck here the rest of the day) that will help me get to at least 1200 cal for the day! Exercises for those on crutches?
I did a forum search and didn't find anything all that useful, so I'll repose this question. What exercises can someone on crutches do? I have a severely sprained right ankle. What would you recommend? I do belong to a gym, are there any routines or machines you'd recommend?

My boss lost 4 lbs and is really fired up after joining this site to lose more weight and engage in a healthier lifestyle, so I figured I would give it a try as well!
