I'm terrible about actually doing this myself, but you can always prepare something at home, then take it to work in containers. Cut up fruit/veggies, bring your leftovers if you have any, etc. It could save you some money too.

I find Regular Oatmeal the most helpful for me. Zero sugar, low in sodium (only 75mg an instant pouch), and 100 calories. Helps me get my intake while staying under on sugar and my trouble spot, sodium. It's not for everyone though (most people I talk to don't like plain oatmeal).

I'm in. No Coffee/soda, energy drinks, alcohol, or chocolate for a month. I have a weakness for chips/crunchy snacks, I am going to give up chips and go for carrots or a rice cake.

I haven't had a cup of coffee since I was 7. I tried it, hated it, never wanted another sip. Now I hate everything about coffee, from the silly prices people will pay at Starbucks, to the awful smells... my dad is a chain smoker and I just see too many similarities in smoking and drinking coffee... they both are addicting…

we measure in cups, as in the fluid measure, not just a cup from your cabinet. 8oz is a cup. I have a 24oz plastic cup I keep at work and fill about 3 a day for 9 cups of water.
