How much carbs to lose weight?
Ok, so I'm eating a total of 1500 kcal a day to get a 500 kcal deficit, How much of the 1500 kcal should be carbs?

Calories in, calories out. How does it work?
You'll have to explain this to me as if I were a five year old. It means basically that I need to burn more calories than I eat, right? So if I eat 2000 kcal a day, does that mean I need to burn 2500 kcal by working out to attain a weight loss? Because that sounds like A LOT of hours in the gym. Explanation, please.

I've been doing Dukan diet (Low-carb, High-Protein) recently, which is working great. But I'm wondering if there are any disadvantages to LCHP diets.
