Good morning my wonderful fit piyo group. It's been awhile since I've posted in the group. Been busy training for a few 5Ks I have this month. After my race this Sunday I'm going to be training for my first 10K. So excited about that! :D Here's my motivation for today:

No rest day for me today. I have a few 5K's that I'm training for one is on Thanksgiving Day & one that my daughter is running with me. Hope everyone has a restful Friday & a super wknd!

Tip Tuesday
I love kale! Use It in smoothies, in a salad, sautéed with coconut oil, bake them for kale chips. I use kale in my shakeology & it's so good. PiYo Buns done & can I just say my buns are on fire. :o

Today I chose to be my rest day
I also run 3 days a week with my husband so the days I run I won't do PiYo. I was on my 6th week of PiYo but had to stop because I hurt my knee when I did the Warrior Dash.
