Staying on the low carb lifestyle
hello ...how do you all stay consistent with your low carb lifestyle? I do well for several days but give in to sugars and processed foods sometimes and then I have to start all over. Thanks for your advice!

Structured menu / meals?
Hi all - do any of you follow a structured menu/meal plan? In my perfect world, I would stay within my calorie allotment (1300 calories), exercise 5 - 6 days a week and drink 70 - 90 oz of water daily. I am always a train wreck! I start out doing well for about 3 days, then fall off the wagon....I think it's either caused…
