I am starting the whole30 plan as well ...going to add Appalachia28 and aerae as well! So tired of feeling gross from processed foods. Need to kick a sugar addiction to and want to lose some weight!

I agree ...I just got an up2 because my up24 broke and my step count is noticeably less with the up2. I too love to spin but haven't tried it yet ...I hope they update the firmware to fix this issue.

OK here's where I am since when I started this challenge 5 weeks ago: 1.5% loss 158 - 155.6 = 2.4 2.4/158 = 0.015 0.015 * 100 = 1.5% Better something than nothing i suppose...focused.. have a great day
