Hi all... Yesterday was a good day...stayed within calorie limit, exercised and drank the water...gonna tried to increase the water intake today and less diet coke. Need to work on those squats too!!

I am on day 6 of no more diet coke...it was really hard the first couple of days but much better now. I too struggle with water...but forcing myself to drink more. I also like la croix...flavored sparkling water all natural. Good!

Working on day 4....I will say that without diet coke, my cravings for carbs and sugar are greatly reduced. Anyone else find that too?

I too am a diet coke addict. Trying to get off but it is hard for me. Trying to drink la croix (sparkling flavored water all natural) as a substitute but still hard. For those of you who have been off for a couple months, did you find it helped with your weight loss? Thx Kelly
