Hey all I'm trying to get my diet and everything back on track. I have no access to a kitchen I have a microwave and a small fridge, and access to a cafeteria. There is a very limited selection of veggies at the cafeteria, and the meal is usually a lot of carbs. Any no kitchen suggestions would really be appreciated!
So I'm trying to lose weight, about 15 to 20 pounds. Right now I do zumba one day in the morning which i love, and i swim for 3 hours on friday, however when it comes to the afternoons I get so bored with my workouts. I'll spin sometimes, and sometimes I'll even throw in lifting. But I have a hard time sticking to a plan…
