Lost 8 pounds..waist measurements has not change :(
I use to be a 140 and now I am 132...trying to lose 12 more pounds but my waist is still 28... why? Trying to get it at least to be 26. I do an 1 hour of cardio a day. Should I start weight training. I did lose boobs...so sad. btw i am 5'5.

Should I Eat Back The Calories I Burn?
I am on a 1240 calorie diet... I usually burn 1000 calories at the gym and I always try to eat the calories I burn....Will I still lose weight? OR should I just eat half of what I burn?

I overate......now what?
by like 25 calories...the mango...was too tempting...and I had to eat all of the half portion. Should I excerise? But I am so lazy... I just burned 600 calories........Is there anyway I can burn 25 calories by just typing on my laptop? Breath rapidly? Idk...Out of ideas... Or let it be....

Is being Skinny really that far away?
