Weight Training Should I start?

I usually just do cardio.... but I heard weight training burns and sculpt fat into muscle...I really hate weights... I don't like lifting things, but I can run any day. I am trying to get rid of my fat on my stomach and have non-jiggly arms..but can solely doing cardio fix the problem and reduce body fat percentage... What should I do to start and for how long?
