Frustrated because I keep doing stuff to lose weight and I am not losing anything. I am weighing everything, exercising, cut out carbs and I am still the same weight. On my fitness pal and still nothing :(

I have started this plan. Just wondering I didn't eat all my calories yesterday I had extra calories from exercise left. Can I use the calories I haven't used on a day I am more hungry but do less exercise on? Or should I just lose those cals and just stick to my calories for the day? I have a question regarding when you finish eating for the day and you click on finished logging in for the day. If I don't eat all my calorie intake I had 355 cals left on Sunday that it said I would lose 8lbs in 5 weeks.
