I am on here to lose after giving birth 3 months ago but the thing is I had a stillborn baby. I feel motivated to lose weight and went back onto weight watchers afterwards but the new system I find hard and I seemed to stay the same weight for the last two months. I have upped my exercise but still the scales weigh me a lb heavier or I have lost like 2oz. I don't know whether my body is stopping me losing weight as I went through a c section and I am still repairing inside or whether the new system is not working.
Anyway I would appreciate any help and motivation :-)

I am so very sorry for your loss. That is so heart-breaking. And what is just adding salt to the wound is that your body IS still acting like anyone's who has had a baby. Your body is still recovering from the pregnancy, c section and all the stress you have been through. I hope you have an awesome support group to help you. Give yourself some more time to start seeing your results. Just keep eating right, logg your food and exercise. Again, I am sorry for your loss.0
