Do I have to burn 3500 every week?
MFP suggests that I eat 1200 cals every day. But to lose a pound a week, do I have to eat 1200 cals a day just to function, and then burn an extra 3500 cals a week, just to lose a pound? Does working out burn more than just calories?
I was just running on the treadmill and I was wondering, does running (or any type of working out) burn more than just calories? Like the fats, sugars, sodium, and carbs you ate? Or does all of that turn into calories that you later burn off...? Wow I'm confusing myself now lol. Thanks for any info!

How to stay within sugar limit?
I seem to ALWAYS have way more sugar than MFP says I should have. It just seems like ALL food has sugar!! And I especially love fruit and it has soooo much sugar too. How do you keep your sugar levels down without starving yourself?
