Shift Worker
As it says above I work shifts based on 10:00- 22:00 and 15:00-03:00. Taking food to work with me is a pain as it goes warm and there is nowhere to store it. Running uphill
Anyone know how I can find out the amount of calories it takes me to run up a very steep hill? I usually calculate my runs on time versus distance then input that into one of the calorie counters, but running on a massive incline is not available in the list of categories?
