Calories vs protein sugar etc
Okay, I've been at this for 2 weeks now, and I've lost my goal of 2lbs a week... 4 lbs so far. I just want to make sure that I'm doing this the healthy way. My calories are rarely over 1300, usually about 1250 or so. & I always try to make sure I get to atleast 1200 but MFP wants me to have 1580. I can never get that much…
