How much do I look like I weigh?

Day 5 pure cardio
well it went a lot better than round 1's pure cardio. i still think this workout is as difficult/maybe more difficult as month 2's version lol. luckily it's short!

1st round of Insanity done!! Insane!
I started out my journey at 164 (probably more, though) and did alpha round of T25. I went straight into Insanity from T25 and it paid off! plyo----ugh this never gets easier for me. plyo is my LEAST favorite exercise. i see we still have 2 of them next week! i hate power jumps and power push ups.

Would it be really bad if I skipped recovery week and did another full week of month 1 before getting into month 2?

Confused on my calorie intake!
I am reading that a lot of you are stating "do not eat under 1200 calories". When I signed up for MFP, I entered my goals in and it says I shouldn't eat more than 1200 calories a day to maintain a weight loss of 1.4 pounds a week.
