So that part at the top side of your legs that kind of sticks out, the "saddle bag," what kind of excersizes can I do to try to target this?

I have been reading all the posts about caloric deficit and I know it is a very gray area but even my "rough" figures makes it seem like it will be difficult to lose weight.
