Thanks everyone, so I'll go and have a 6 oz glass of wine and just say about 160 cals to be on the safe side.

as you change your weight and workouts etc go to "settings" and your profile, update your weight and goal weight and how much you want to lose if you are nearing a point where you want to maintain. 1200 calories is definetely a deficit so you may want to increase so that you are eating so sustain your weight.

my mid afternoon snack is a strawberry almond salad. Lettuce (whichever you like most), with 1/2 cup strawberries and 7g of sliced almonds (this is 0.0625 of a cup of sliced almonds) with 3 tbsp Bolthouse farms dressing. Almonds - 45 cals Dressing - 45 Cals Strawberries - 25 cals About 120 cals with lettuce! Soooo filling…

I just saw something on the eat clean website and it was for Chicken Cordon Blu. Roll up a piece of low sodium sliced ham which are typically low in fat, a little bit of cheese, and spinach. amazing!

ahh so I really am creating a higher deficit then? Good to hear :) I was out of the game for a while, trying to get back in it, as my name states "by june". So you say cals burned throughout the day based on a sedentary level of daily movement is about 1560?
