Iv'e lost 50 pounds so far hittin the gym and eating about 2-3 times a day. I just recently went to a total nutrition shop where one of my buddies is the manager at and he gave me a meal plan.. But in this meal plan it says i have to eat 6 times a day. How am I suppose to drop weight eating 6 times a day?? Does anyone do…

So i started exercising and eating healthy the beginning of november and have lost 25 pounds since then, but now im stuck, its been a week and ive been doing the same things eating the same way and im stuck at the same weight what the heck??

I don't know what to eat
I eat a turkey sandwich for breakfast, banana and 100 calorie special k bar for lunch, dinner is chicken and veggies or salad, its gotten boring and my weight has gone stagnant. Any help on what you guys eat?
