I don't know what to eat

I eat a turkey sandwich for breakfast, banana and 100 calorie special k bar for lunch, dinner is chicken and veggies or salad, its gotten boring and my weight has gone stagnant. Any help on what you guys eat?

    I'd be bored too if I ate the same thing everyday.

    the same stuff you ate when you gained weight...only less of it..

    seriously, it's that simple. as long as you eat at a calorie deficit then you will lose weight.

    Eat food, preferably food you enjoy, anything from apples to zucchini muffins. Just make sure it fits your calorie goals and macro requirements. A lifestyle change should not be boring and punishing, unless you've been remanded to a local penitentiary.
