How to track Circuit Training?
Although I joined MFP a long time ago I never really used the app. Well now I am determined to use it to help me lose weight. I joined a gym and did 40 minutes of Circuir Training. Is there a way to track that? Thanks for any help u van offer!

I Need Help!
I've lost all self control, I need help in getting motivated to eat healthier! I've been on the run 24 hrs a day since mid May, no time to cook or eat healthy. Meals consist of grabbing the fastest fast food available. At first I was doing frozen breakfasts and lean cuisines but haven't had a chance to restock. I need help!

Exercise suggestions while recovering from surgery
I have surgery on my foot, a tendon transfer, still having difficulty walking so I'm limited as far as exercise is concerned. I'd like suggestions on different types of exercise that doesn't use your feet (swimming is not an option). Thanks for any suggestions!

Please help!
I had a tendon transplant surgery on my ankle/foot and struggling through recovery. Doctor estimates that it will take 1 year to be back to normal. Can anyone suggest exercises that does not include walking, running or anything that would require use of my foot. Unfortunately swimming is not an option. Thanks
