New food you love!
One of my goals for living better is to eat better. I'm eating alot more vegetables than ever before (my motto is half the plate must be green and steamed!) I never ate Kale before starting this journey, but love it! Mainly I eat it steam, every once in awhile will saute it. What food you never ate before now you love!

I'm in the 90's now!!
I guess that wonderful yummy meal on Christmas is kicking back at me. Been kind of sluggish and didn't want to walk at all today. I was dragging that first 1/2 mile, telling myself "I will only walk 2 miles today". But kept at it and made my four miles 87 miles + 4 miles = 91 miles! Under ten to go!!

Got a chance to walk today! Was really busy,but got a chance to walk. Did 4 miles today. 79 miles + 4 miles = 83 miles! I'm in the 80's

Walked four miles this afternoon. Total for the month is 79 miles!

December 22nd!! Another milestone!
Today I walked 5 miles! It's so easy walking on Sunday because one of the radio stations plays smooth jazz. I walked and dance my way to 75 miles! 70 miles + 5 Miles =75 miles!!

Only walked three miles today because of rain. Suppose to rain on Saturday so no log. 3 miles + 67 miles = 70 miles for December

About to head out for my daily walk, but just place a pot of red beans on simmer to cook until this evening! I did it! My miles for December is now at 50.5!!! I'm half way on making 100 miles this month! 46.5 miles + 4 miles = 50.5 Proud of my milestone!

Went walking this morning. It kind of drag because my favorite station was not picking up well. The back up was not playing good songs. But walked 4 miles!! 42.5 + 4 = 46.5 miles!
