I hit (or exceed) my protein targets on lifting days, but on cardio and rest days, I am often under. Is it ok to meet the target weekly rather than daily? Sorry if this has been asked before. I tried searching, but got 50 pages of vaguely related topics...
I did it! About a decade ago, my orthopaedic surgeon, physiotherapist and trainer all agreed that I should stay away from exercises that use the knee.
