Earning exercise calories
hi there, i have talked about this topic before but still very confused. Do you enter you exercise calories and then eat these calories?? E.g if i have 1500 cals a day and do a work out and earn 400 cals can i eat up to 1900 cals that day?? thanks

Macro Confusion

low carb and training
Hi there I know this topic gets talked about alot, but I still toy with this idea on and off. Being low carb makes me feel really good, and really helps with my cravings, yet I find it hard to get nrg for work outs and also generally hard to maintain this life as I love rice and legumes. 1200 or 1500 cals better?
hi there, not sure whether to go with 1200 or 1500 cals. If i put in i want to lose a 1kg (2.2lbs) a week it gives me 1200 cals. Not sure if that is enough and i don't want to fail due to not enough food. Any advice
