Thanks for your responses. Yes my macros are in the green each day and i am eating 1500 or more depending on my exercise outputs. I am loosing weight and i feel like i am eating really well but then look at macros and i am just so low in some of them. Sometimes it's a bit too confusing and just eat to feel good!!

I am completely the same. It's so strange, every part of you doesn't want to but you manage to do it anyway. Yet if you fall you come back stronger? I hope so. I haven't made it past a few days yet. Good luck for this week.

Thanks so much everyone. I didn't even know I had half the responses still learning how to use MFP. @Stoshew71 you have so much knowledge thanks. It's really hard would love to be in ketosis and eat low carb but longevity just not there. Really appreciate your help.

I have taken it on and off. Love when I take it but then feel so crappy the next day if I stop. It's a hard one. Have you tried it?

Try your loaded squats followed by steps up, really supersets legs.

Yes that's a great point. What I find hard is on the other plans I.e keto/low carb, I feel so good but I just can't maintain. Thanks for all your advice really appreciate it.

Yeah it's a double class and it's brutal but it really burns!

Cool thanks. Yeah you never know with those monitors. With the spin class its a 90 min class so calorie burn gets up there but not sure accurate the HRM is. No I don't have high HR it's in the normal range. I will just have to try trial and error to see what works.

Yup that's so true. I love exercise but also binge on sugar. I think MFP makes you accountable maybe that is why I always shy away from it?

Thanks I am 5'11 and weigh 220lbs so I think around 1500 would be better. Thanks for your advice. I was just talking to someone else and they said you can bank calories if you run at a deficit, e.g w exercise or eating less how does this work?

yeah pancakes are good too, i make oat pancakes. 1 cup oats, 1/2 milk, 2 eggs, 2 bananas, blend and cook! yuM!

Thanks, i would really like that magic wand too. Just keep watching the scales go up and up. Haven't had a lot of success with anything as i don't stick with it enough. Great work at sticking with it! I just want to commit to sticking with MFP until the end of the year and see what happens!
