Scaling a 5 ft wall when your 5"4
Does anyone have any advice at all? I have lost about 30 lbs and made it to 180 lbs and was wondering if it was even possible to scale it at this weight. I know i need to work on my upper body strength, but what exercises can I use?

Hot bath trick?
I heard if you took a moderately hot bath and soaked in it for about 20 minutes it would help you lose water weight. Is this true?

Bladder issues (women w/babies)
When exercising, how do you control your bladder? I am doing the 30DS and I would have to stop in the middle just to go empty my bladder. I went before I started the video also so I thought I would be alright. Do I have to go to those poise pads to even work out anymore? It's so frustrating.

Full of it and need advice
Embarrassing topic, but I have come to the conclusion that my weight loss has "stopped" due to some constipation issues..I don't remember the last time I went..I haven't lost or gained anything..Does anyone have any suggestions to get those bowels moving?

Losing weight before gaining muscle?
I've heard people saying that if you are trying to lose weight (belly fat) you should lose the fat first then do weight training. I'm still confused on the whole thing. I thought that gaining muscle meant that you would be losing fat since the muscles have to have some sort of fuel. Please let me know what I should do.…

I've made some awesome changed to my diet. Instead eating the yokes, I just ate whites. Now I have a ton of calories to go for today. do you think it would be bad to just leave today as is or try to stomach some more food? Any suggest ions?

Losing more than 2lbs in 1 week?
