Losing weight not inches
I am not having an issue losing weight, my issues is I am more interested in losing inches. So far I have lost 51 LBS. i go to the gym everyday, plus I work outside every day in the heat for up to 10 hours a day. Anyone have any idea on losing the inches?

Gaining wieght
I have not changed my diet, nor have I stopped exercising. I just did my weekly weight and tape and have gained over 6 lbs in the past week along with .75 inches. Any help as to why this might be happening?

I run across foods that are no tin the food list, most of the time while eating out, how do I go about determining how many calories something is?
