Gaining wieght

I have not changed my diet, nor have I stopped exercising.

I just did my weekly weight and tape and have gained over 6 lbs in the past week along with .75 inches.

Any help as to why this might be happening?

    Water retention? Hormonal changes? Bloating caused by some food or drink?

    Most likely its water retention. Did you increase exercise this week or eat high sodium foods? Additionally, have you adjusted your goals lately to incorporate your weight loss?

    I really have not increased my exercise, still once a day 5 days a week. And my food has been the same, so no change there.

    It has been colder here, but I don't think that would affect me would it?

    You've either changed your intensity level at the gym or you have been slowly increasing how much you eat (which is easy if you are not weighing your food but instead measuring). Or you have water weight gains. If you make your diary public it might be easier for people to give you some better advice!

    Or maybe you just arent eating at a calorie deficit any more?
