First day of Ripped in 30!
Today began my first of 30 days with Jillian Michaels, and WOW. I'm out of shape :( It's an amazing workout, and I'm only on week one...can't wait to see what the following weeks bring!

Before OR After...
Eat before or after you workout? I know this is a question that is asked far too often, but I can't seem to keep the answer stuck in my head. I wake up starving, so I really feel like I need to eat something before I exercise. Otherwise I get nauseous and a headache.

My daughter is 2.5 yrs old now, and I've been working my buns off trying to tighten up what kinda went jiggly after pregnancy. Pre-pregnancy I was 149 lbs with some good muscle mass--oh and I'm 5'3". 9 weeks post-partum...I'm back!
I'm back after giving birth to my daughter, Evelyn Marie! I gained 35lbs during my pregnancy and have lost all but 10lbs...but I also have some major toning up to do. I hope to get back on track with my fitness plan and hopefully this will help!

My husband is a bad influence!
So I did really well yesterday and today, but when I got home tonight he decided he reeeally wanted ice cream. It's one of those things that I can't say no to...so I had some and I'm feeling very heavy and low right now. Tomorrow's a new day right? I need to learn to just say no to ice cream! :grumble:

When's the best time to weigh yourself?
My weight varies so much throughout the day and it's very frustrating. I want to weigh myself once a week, but when should that be? Before supper? I don't like weighing myself when I wake up because I don't feel like it's an accurate number in relation to the rest of the day. What do you think?? :happy:
