hello i started at 176 now i am 160 hoping to get to 130! would love some support from all of you :)
1/2 cup oatmeal with half bananna and half cup strawberries with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter mix it all together and you got one filling breakfast!
how much califlower can you eat? is it a good vegetable that you can eat when your still hungry?
how do you say no-its not that simple!!
