I've gained a new ceiling weight due to a painful ending of a relationship. I'm ready to take ownership of my body and lose the weight. But I'm a creature of habit, and it's hard to kick bad ones and adopt positive ones. It'd be nice to have some friends here who could help motivate me to keep going! I must lose 60lbs!
