Can you go swimming with a cough?
I heard that you can still workout and do physical activity if your symptoms are above the neck. Anything below the neck, you're out. I've been sick with what seemed like a cold. Most of my symptoms are gone - no more congestion, watery eyes, sneezing, etc. However, my cough has not gone away and it's been a month now. It has gotten me suspicious of bronchitis, but my doctor told me to try Claritin first before coming back for a prescription... Out of respect to others in the gym and for fear or worsening my condition, I have opted not to workout since nowadays that is swimming at the pool.
