TDEE - basic question
If I use this method to calculate my calories and choose 1-3 hours/week of light exercise, do I eat those calories back or just let them go since they are already factored in? Thanks!

Why does the time drag?
I seriously feel like I started my new "lifestyle" (aka "diet" but that's a bad word, right?) like 2 weeks ago and I should be down 10 lbs by now. LOL!
